Our confirmation preparation empowers students to love and live their faith and to step into the person God wants them to be. Classes are designed to inspire our teens to be courageous and intentional Catholics in today’s world by exploring questions, challenging assumptions, diving into prayer, and taking time to reflect.
Service projects and participation in parish ministry throughout the year, as well as a service retreat and witness retreat, are key components of our Confirmation Program.
Gr 7 and older teens missing prior faith formation preparation:
Enter Pre-Confirmation Prep (will join Yr 2 once completing Yr 1 and be confirmed in Fall of 2028)
- Confirmation Prep class Sundays (3rd/4th Sunday/month) St Mary Church, 5:30 – 7pm
- Extended Mass Chat/class: 1st weekend/month: either 4:30-6:30pm St Therese or 10:30am – 12:30pm St Mary
Gr 7 who attended Gr 6 Faith Formation:
Enter Year 1 Confirmation Prep (will join Yr 2 once completing Yr 1 and be confirmed fall of 2028)
- Confirmation Prep Class Sundays (3rd/4thSunday/month) St. Mary Church, 5:30pm-7pm
- Mass Chat: 1st weekend a month (any of the 4 parish Masses) 15 minutes directly after Mass
Grade 8 who completed Year 1 prep last year:
Enter Year 2-Fall Confirmation (confirmed in fall of 2027)
- Sundays (3rd/4th Sunday/month), St Mary Church, 7-8:30pm
- Mass Chat: 15 minutes following any of the 4 parish Masses, 1st weekend of every month
Grade 9 who completed Year 1 prep last year:
Enter Year 2-Spring Confirmation (confirmed in spring 2027)
- Sundays (3rd/4th Sunday/month), St Mary Church, 7-8:30pm
- Mass Chat following Family Masses OR Mass Reflection Sheet submitted in Mass
Grade 10 who completed accelerated Year 1 prep last year:
Enter Confirmation + Discipleship (confirmed in fall 2026)
- 1st Sunday/month, St. Mary Church, 5:30-7:00pm
- Confirmation Late November- early December
- Winter retreat and ministry/service project

Registration Fee

- For Grades K-8 (except Gr 3), the fee is $100 per child
- For Grades 3, 9 & 10 (Sacrament Years), the fee is $125 per child
There is a $225 family maximum, and NO FEE for children of Catechists/Aides/Volunteers
If the fee presents legitimate hardship for your family, please write a brief letter to the coordinator to request scholarship assistance and return to the Faith Formation Office.
