Saint John Bosco Faith Formation 2026-2027
Faith happens in the home, as well as the church, classroom, playing field, and community. We meet families and kids where they are on their journey and walk beside them at every stage as they grow together in faith and experience the power the sacraments can have in their lives.

“God freely created us so that we might know, love, and serve him in this life and be happy with him forever.”
-St. Ignatius of Loyola
Our parish Faith Formation program helps children and their families know God and His church in order to better love and follow Him. Through regular participation in the celebration of the Mass and sacraments, classes, youth ministry events, family activities, and service projects, we hope our students not only learn about their faith but about how to live it out in meaningful and beautiful ways.
Family Focused

Your family is the center of our program and your child’s faith formation. Embracing the idea of life-long formation, we know are always learning and growing in our faith regardless of age. During our sessions, families learn, share, discuss, and grow together with other families in our parish community.
Mass Centered

Mass is the center of all we are as Catholics. Therefore, our sessions are scheduled around the Mass, materials focus on the Mass, and we teach families and children about the Mass.
Service + Ministry Minded

Faith comes alive when it is lived. Students, along with their families, engage in opportunities to serve in a ministry or charity each month, which benefits our neighbors in need. Students preparing for confirmation foster service-oriented minds and hearts, giving of their time each month to serve in their parish, schools, and community.
